How To: Phys. Ed. in Homeschool

With juggling spelling lists, chore charts, hammering math facts, and cleaning off the table one.more.time…. Where is there inspiration for physical education, let alone fun?? If you are like me some days I feel like I get my 2000 steps in going around and around that table leaning over shoulders, kneeling beside their chairs, walking back and forth (and back and forth) to the washer and dryer.anytime fitness lumberton, Lumberton TX

Let’s set good examples for our little learners – just like we prioritize the importance of reading, math, and science – we (as modeled behavior) should demonstrate good fitness habits. Daisy Hargraves will lead a workshop about how to incorporate physical education into your homeschool curriculum. She is super motivational and has great ideas on how to get the whole family involved. Daisy is a great example herself about Be The Change You Want To See. She is a gym owner, 5K competitor, active-lifestyle-homeschool-mom, and all around fitness guru.

Bring your questions, an open mind, and a whole lot of gung-ho for Homeschool P.E.!
